Ricotta cheese and salami snacks

Are you looking for a quick and easy idea for an aperitivo at home with friends!? The recipes are many, but yesterday we wanted to try something really tasty using some ingredients of our Easter tradition: ricotta cheese and salami snacks!
These snack are delicious aperitifs with puff pastry, stuffed with ricotta cheese and salami. They are fast to prepare and so tasty that they will finish in a second!
Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry (230 g)
150 g ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
60 g salami slices Naples type (we used the hot one)
In a bowl mix together the ricotta with the parmesan, black pepper and slices of salami cutted in to small pieces.
With a round cutter obtain about 12 circles from the puff pastry. Spread over six circles one teaspoon of mixture of ricotta cheese and salami and cover with the other circles of pastry. Seal the edges by pressing with a fork tips.
Place the snacks assembled on a baking sheet and bake at 200° C for 12 minutes. That’s it! : )
